Rococo' inspired dress 'Marquise'

Description

My first rococo' inspired dress. I called it "Marquise", I find it really elegant and classy.
I used Simplicity 4092 pattern as reference, it's good and great for beginners even if it's not period accurate. The fabrics are midnight blue taffeta and light blue satin. The dress is fully lined and the central panel is boned (hurray, my first attempt with bonings!).
I'm wearing self made panniers under the dress for a fuller skirt and a more accurate look. The whole skirt has been pleated by hand and not gathered...what a work! They're not visible but there're two big strips of ivory lace under lower sleeves.
I did make-up by my own but for the hairstyle I needed the help of my boyfriend.

I hope to shortly release a 17th century Covent Garden based crime story - The Covent Garden Enigma. The main character was brought up in a brothel the son of a spurned courtesan. Grown he is a conman, entrepreneur and abuser of young virgin waifs and strays who end up in one of his eventual three brothels. A coloured maid he rapes dies in childbirth producing a son who is given away and to all intense and purpose disappears. In attempting one of his scams he meets Lilly a domestically abused wife and finds love in one woman. The blue and a rococo dress would be perfect but I'd have to cut the picture down to remove as much as the backdrop as possible - would that be okay?

I am looking at a picture for the front and rear of my book. The above picture would be perfect for rear with the blurb.

I would be more than happy to promote both yourself and the photographer in the credits. Would you like a copy of the finished book?

What would you charge for the photo?
